Curiosity: forget “Cherchez la femme” (Look for the woman.) “Cherchez l’histoire.” (Look for the story.)
Our only stop in Korea was Busan, the second largest city. Our full day began with a drive out into the hills that surround the city to explore the many colorful shrines that fill the grounds of Beomosa Temple.

We then drove across town on smooth highways and a bridge that spanned miles, from which we could see what I think is the residential part of the city.
Our next stop was Jagalchi Market–the biggest fish market in Korea. This makes sense: it’s the biggest one I’ve seen anywhere.

After lunch at a restaurant across from the market, we made our way back to the ship on foot, stopping to enjoy the antics of puppies in the window of Zoo-Zoo Club.
